What Beaquaro is

Beaquaro is a search-and-match assistant and set of planning tools across jobs, housing, flights, personal and shared finances, a university directory, a personal visa checklist, everyday deals, and a community discussion space. It aggregates and scores listings from third-party sources (job boards, accommodation providers, flight and shopping search APIs, and a public university directory). Beaquaro is not the employer, landlord, airline, retailer, university, financial institution, or immigration authority. When you apply for a job, book housing, buy something, or apply to a university, you're transacting with that third party directly, on their own site, under their own terms.

Not legal, immigration, or financial advice

The Visa checklist is a personal to-do list you fill in yourself. Beaquaro doesn't write visa or immigration requirements into it, and nothing in the product is regulated immigration advice. For actual visa/immigration requirements, use your destination country's official government site or a licensed immigration professional. Likewise, the Finance tools (budgets, savings goals, shared expenses) are personal bookkeeping utilities, not financial, tax, or investment advice. Verify anything with money implications yourself.

AI-generated content

Match scores, ATS keyword checks, cover letters, tailored CV summaries, itineraries, and university interest reasoning are all generated by AI from data you or a third-party source provided. Review them before relying on them. University tuition and course information specifically is an AI estimate, clearly labelled as such wherever it's shown, since no free, verified data source for that exists; always confirm it on the university's own official site before making a decision.

What's automated, and what isn't

Smart Apply Assist prepares jobs that clear your match threshold and asks you to confirm. It never submits an application without that confirmation, and confirming sends you to the employer's own application page to finish. The same principle applies everywhere else in the product: nothing is booked, purchased, or submitted on your behalf without you taking that action yourself.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the profile information you provide (resume content, skills, work history). Don't share your account, and don't use it to impersonate someone else.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn't retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or agreed with us directly. Email us if you think a charge was made in error.

AI credits

AI-powered features (CV rewrites, cover letters, itineraries, flight/accommodation search, and similar) draw from an AI-credit balance instead of separate per-feature limits. Every plan gets a monthly credit grant that resets at the start of each billing period; unused credits from a prior period don't roll over. You can also buy one-off credit packs from Settings → AI Credits; purchased credits don't expire. Credit-pack purchases are one-off Stripe payments, not subscriptions, and are non-refundable once the credits have been spent. Email us if you think a purchase or charge was made in error.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated bulk-extraction of Beaquaro's data.
• No using the platform for anything illegal, fraudulent, or intended to harm others.
• No attempting to disrupt or overload the service (including its underlying APIs).
• Community posts must be your own content and can't be used to spam, harass, or mislead other users.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Third-party data disclaimer

Job listings, accommodation prices, flight prices, deals, and university directory entries come from third-party providers and can change, expire, or occasionally be wrong or out of date before we refresh our cache. Match percentages are a matching estimate based on the data available, not a guarantee of eligibility or outcome. Always verify details (price, availability, requirements, tuition) on the provider's or institution's own site before committing to anything.

Service provided "as is"

Beaquaro is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. As a small, independently-run project, we do our best to keep things accurate and running, but we can't guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on third-party listings surfaced through it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use Beaquaro after a change means you accept the update.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India can hear any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you rights that say otherwise. Our other products, Beaquaro Studio and Beaquaro Business, have their own terms.
